Vintage Things Forever are Noel & Jane!  We enjoying buying and selling collectables and antiques and are also avid collectors ourselves!  We love all things vintage and have a genuine interest in the items we sell.

We enjoy trading a wide range of different items, usually working on the basis that if we like it, somebody else will.  We enjoy trading on eBay, particularly in the winter months, it’s a fantastic way of trading with people worldwide.

As reasonably experienced eBayers, we are always happy to assist new users of the website and will gladly guide people through the steps of their first buy!

We've recently opened an eBay shop which we hope to be stocking full of interesting collectables.  We would welcome any feedback on the shop, if you'd like to let us know how it's going!

Terms and Conditions – we’ve tried to keep these as brief as possible, but they are necessary!!!

Please take time to read our terms and only bid if you agree to them!

Ø     Our auctions are priced in (£) Pounds Sterling, please check the exchange rate to be clear about the amount that you are bidding.  We use XE.com for currency conversions.

Ø     The postage costs stated on the listing are for sending items within the UK via Royal Mail.  We will gladly send items overseas but please contact us before the auction ends so we can give you a postage quote. Please note, tracking costs extra!

Ø     All payments are to be made within 10 days of the end of the auction.  From UK buyers we prefer cheques, postal orders or cash (sent at own risk). From overseas buyers, we accept PAYPAL or cash (sent at own risk – Pounds Sterling, US dollars or Euros).  Please note, we do not accept Western Union money orders or cheques from overseas banks.

Ø     We aim to dispatch items as soon as possible after funds have cleared, if you live locally, you are welcome to collect items by appointment.  If you have any special postage requests, we will try to accommodate them.

Ø     Our feedback reflects our good standing within the eBay community.  If you have a problem or query, please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do our best to resolve it.

Ø     We use both new and previously used packaging to send items safely.  In the unlikely event of damage or loss to an item during transit, we will make a claim on the buyer’s behalf through the Post Office, if insurance has been requested; however this can be a lengthy process.  Also, please bear in mind that Royal Mail and Parcel Force will not insure glass, pottery or china items against damage, so a refund would not be possible in this situation.

Ø     If special insurance is required we can obtain quotes from alternative courier companies, or can quote you for delivery if you wish.

Ø     In most cases, postage costs can be reduced when multiple purchases are made.  Please await our invoice.
