Thank you for looking at my items up for auction and reading a little about me. As with many other ebayers I like to read a little about the person I want to do business with so I decided I needed to create my own About Me page.

So who is Vintageanita?

Well my name is Anita and I originally from Elizabethton Tennessee and have lived in Florida since I was six years old. I married to a wonderful man of 20 years (I was very young when we met and married ha-ha) and we have one very bright and loving son (he would say w mom but this is true. I have worked very hard in the corporate world in the past years managing offices and then school problems hit with our son, so we decided to cut back and home school him. A friend told me how I could work at home and help my husband support our household and still be a caring mom and see that our son could move ahead in school and excel instead of, as my husband calls repetitive schoolwork, igging ditches I happy to say this is working wonderfully for all of us. I have such a passion for the vintage era (especially jewelry and books) that I just drawn to a little bit of everything and believe me our home reflects it. Ie had really nice fellow ebayers help me when I was just starting out back in 2001 and sold to many great people from all over this world of ours. I hope to continue and grow my business on ebay. I pride myself on working hard and to describe all items to the best of my ability, mind you I not an expert so please ask all questions before bidding. I always welcome all questions and suggestions. I don believe in charging crazy shipping fees, I would rather have my item up for auction make the money and treat fellow ebayers the way I would like to be treated with respect and professionalism. I do charge a small handling fee of $2.00 which includes Delivery Confirmation and to help cover my cost of packing materials. Because of past experiences I feel it is necessary as do many good eBay sellers to provide all information for shipping, packing material and refund policy for everyone protection. Ie reorganized my office and I clearing a lot of things out so vacation time is over and it time to get back to work on eBay. Thanks again for stopping in.
