We sell unused vintage greeting cards and vintage paper items from the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. We bought out an old printing company that closed its doors with its inventory intact. Everything is unused and in Mint condition. You can touch the past with these beautiful vintage greeting cards.

Vintage Greeting Cards

 We sell vintage unused greeting cards that came from an old printing shop that operated from the late 1800s to the early 1960s, when it just closed it's doors with its very old inventory intact. These cards just sat in the old shop for decades, until recently, when the contents were sold (to us). Some of the cards left inside were un-printed, with just the incredible graphics, and some were printed, unsold store stock that got returned through the years. They just left them in the unopened boxes. If the shop had continued in operation they probably would have been thrown out to make room for newer stock. Fortunately that didn't happen. It's a really unique situation and a very rare find! It's like they were just frozen in time. This is new old stock. There are boxed assortments of Christmas Cards from the 1940s and 1950s, and also cards that came from cabinet displays in the 30s, 40s, and 50s. These have been protected from light and moisture and the colors are superb. They have not been handled and they are in mint, unused condition, with their envelopes.

These vintage cards will delight any collector. These have the most wonderfully textured papers, and details you never see in modern cards. Many of these are heavily embossed, die-cut, with inserts of satin, textured or clear plastic, cellophane, textured foils, ribbon, yarn, and several have glitter, cut outs, and combinations of these wonderful details. These came from publishing companies and art houses all over the country, to this print shop where they were to be printed with Christmas greetings or all occasion greetings. Some got printed and some never did. That's why they are blank, actually preceding the era in which "blank" cards became popular.

These are extremely nice. Some are very rare. They are usable and collectible, and a joy to send or receive. They are guaranteed old!
