| Q: Why do you
have Negatives? |
| A: Yes, always a number one
question - easily answered. We have been on ebay for many years (since 99),
seen many competitors come and go - We are not perfect, but what many users
never see - is the final outcome- There sometimes a delay with shipments
coming from the manufacture to our warehouse. Sometimes there is a problem
with a package getting lost or damaged. And, yes - even we make errors.
While Ebays rating system is useful - many potential buyers never see how we
over correct slight problems. We are not in business to take or run away
with your hard earned money. We are in this business to give everyone a
fair chance to save money -- [97% is an A grade in all arenas] |
| Q: Why are you
not responding to my Emails? |
| A: There are a few reasons for not
answering or replying to some emails: 1) AOL, HOTMAIL accounts need
to remove the added email filtering many emails we send are bounced back.
2) Emails with attachments or links are automatically deleted. 3)
Sending multiple emails - get shuffled into a junk/spam folder.. >
Please keep emails down to two per day. 4) Its the
weekend/holiday-or past business hours 9am-6pm PST |

| A. Shipping to an alternate address
or to any address that is not same as the billing address on your credit

family member or friend who lives at a different address than where your

| We stand behind our merchandise
and expect it to work upon arrival. We replace all Non-working (DOA)
items. Please understand we cannot replace items that have been improperly
installed. If not 100% sure how to install please have professionally
installed. Read owners manual carefully, electronics are very sensitive and
should be installed with caution. All working returned merchandise
is subject to a 15% restocking fee and re-shipping fee - if item is to be
resent. (We receive items that work all the time-please make
sure items do not work before returning). |
