We are NOT a rental company, we
OWN our featured homes, and can offer you the best
possible rates & service. Unlike the typical owner, we are
available for your questions, and can offer other properties when
ours is not available or does not completely meet your needs for any
reason. Our featured homes include our 4 bedroom townhome in
Venetian Bay Villages gated resort, our 2 bedroom grand luxury suite
condo in Floridays Resort coming in Fall 2006, and our new 6 bedroom
private pool/spa home in Windsor Hills gated resort community, just
2 miles to Disney World!
We offer wholesale tickets to our
guests, discount car rentals, babysitting services, and are
partnered with Disney World and Travel Guard to offer wholesale
tickets and travel insurance with emergency trip cancellation
coverage!
Our Service?
We will make sure
someone is available by phone or email 24 hours, 7 days to ensure
you are taken care of properly. We also offer surveys to each
and every guest that stays with us, to be sure that they have
received the best possible accommodations and service, prior
to and throughout their stay. This gives us the ability to
immediately correct any unsatisfactory experience, to ensure proper
accommodations and service for all future guests. We take all
comments very seriously. Most owners are not involved with the
upkeep of their property, and most rental companies do not care if
they ever hear from you again. As owners we take an active interest
in the quality of the homes, and as agents we offer a wide variety
of options, so we can best meet your requirements and your
budget. We appreciate and need your referrals and future business,
so your happiness IS important to us!
Our other
properties?
Each property is screened to be sure it
is taken care of diligently. All homes are within 10-15 minutes of
Disney World and other major attractions. We can provide
pictures of the exact property that you will be staying in, at your
request!
How can we offer better rates than the owner
will offer?
Many owners are not available during
business hours, as they work full time, so they are not available
for your questions when you need them. This IS our full time
business, renting out our homes, therefore we ARE available when you
need us. We offer private owners a service to help place
reservations in their home, and in return they offer us a discounted
rate. Because we have so many properties at our fingertips we
can match your reservation with exact availability. When your trip
fits well into a vacancy your rate will be at its
lowest!
