Shipping
We ship in the United States Only.
Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed and shipped within an average of 2-3 business days. Thus the item can take 6-7 business days to reach you, while in some cases it could be earlier.
Note: Business days above are calculated if you placed and paid for your order in the morning. Add 1 business day if you submitted payment in the afternoon or evening. Business days do not include weekends.
With exception of orders to Alaska & Hawaii, all orders are shipped ground.
*During the months of November, December and January our suppliers experience high volumes and processing times may be up to 5-6 business (M-F) days and you will receive your tracking number on the 7th business day. Delivery time may also change during the holiday season for UPS, DHL or FedEx Ground service. Check with those carriers for their delivery schedules. Our suppliers have not established guaranteed shipments by holidays as they may not be able to honor them. Please make sure to place your orders and submit payment as soon as possible so that your order may be shipped out in a timely manner.

Return Policy
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We give customers the opportunity to return products for refund within 14 days of the order date. Buyers are responsible to notify us of any product defects or incomplete shipments immediately upon receipt of the goods.
To return a product, contact at us with the Order Number, Product SKU, reason for return, and if it is a replacement or a credit. A Return Authorization number with return instructions will be sent out to you via e-mail.
You can receive a refund for any product if:
1.the wrong product SKU was shipped, or
2.the product shipped is defective in any way
If the product shipped is the correct product SKU and it was found in proper condition upon arrival, then you are still welcome to return the product. However, requesting a credit for your order will be subject to a 15-30% restocking fee and shipping costs will also not be reimbursed.
If you have received a different product SKU than what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

• Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
• Original invoice or receipt.
Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping, depending on the return.
Paypal Payments
We encourage buyers to use PayPal as this enable us to provide a fast delivery service. With instant Paypal for instance, your order is processed in less than 60 minutes. Also ensure that your address on Paypal in your confirmed shipping address.

We usually ship items out within 2 or 3 business days, BUT, Paypal gives sellers 7 full days to ship items out. This means that just because you pay within 1 hour of the auction ending, we do not have to ship it out the same day or the next. Yes, the faster you pay, the sooner we will ship it, but we STILL have 7 days and since most items are sent UPS ground, that would explain the 7-14 day shipping time.
Money Order & Cashiers Check Payments
Please complete the eBay checkout at the closed item page for the address to mail payment.
Do NOT email us and ask us for a total or payment info. It is ALL in the eBay checkout. Please be aware that there might be a time delay. Payment through mail takes normally 5-7 business days. Your order will be processed only when payment has been confirmed which could take another 3-5 business days. So in order to avoid this hassle , it would be wise to choose Paypal.
Personal Check Payments
We do not accept personal check.

Feedback is important to both the buyer and the seller.
Neutral or negative feedback is totally unacceptable if you do not email me first explaining your problem or concern AND you must give me 48 hours to return all emails. We can resolve ALL problems if you have followed all of eBays and our policies. If you DO leave neutral or negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, as per eBays non paying bidder policy, I have the right to file a report against you for not complying with the sellers policies that are listed here. Also, if you want feedback from us, then simply leave it for us. We only leave feedback after it is received as the BUYER is the only one who can say when a transaction is over. When a buyer leaves feedback, they are closing the transaction.

Handling Fee
Yes we do have costs. However, our objective is to provide as better service to your customers. Our margins are very low. We try to make both ends meet. Depending on the product, our shipping and handling costs vary. The handling fees range from $6 to $12 which is normally added to our shipping costs. Shipping insurance is normally added separately.
