Phone Orders: we don't take phone orders. This is due to our philosophy of reducing cost in order to pass the savings to our customers.

Exchange and returns: please email us first for the instructions on how to return an item to us.

Regular delivery: handling, shipping and delivery charges are based on the value of merchandise shipped to a given destination. Please allow 7-10 business days for regular delivery and 4 business day for rush delivery unless stated otherwise. Express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping involves more than just sending the item your way. A lot of preparation and paperwork takes place behind the scene to make sure the item reach you safely and in good condition.

Newsletter: Please subscribe to our mailing list if you wish to be informed of new products and services. We produce a newsletter once a month and it is mailed to those who voluntarily subscribe to it.
