The Notion Shop’s eBay store offers supplies and tools for home sewers, quilters, knitters and needle workers of every stripe. Tools are sold individually or in kits assembled with organization tools such as sewing baskets, knitting needle storage cases, and more. I also well quilt backing fabrics and quilting cottons and batting.
You will also find swatch samples of tartan fabrics here, for the line of tartans and trims I sell in my eBay store called Canadian Tartans.
If you don’t find what you’re looking for, especially a hard-to-find item, please contact me and I will check with my many suppliers. If I find it, I will email you telling you that it has been listed so that you can be first to buy it.
I make every effort to provide excellent service, but please bear in mind that running my stores is my second job; my first job is wife and mother , and I set my priorities as such.

Canadian Tartans

My other eBay store is Canadian Tartans, where I sell a line of tartan fabrics and trims that were previously sold in The Notion Shop.
You will find several provincial tartans listed - including Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick - as well as popular tartans such as Royal Stewart and Black Watch, and more. The fabrics and trims are cotton, cotton blends, synthetic and synthetic blends, including suiting, shirting, poplin, flannel and fleece fabrics.
I am glad to consider Best Offers on special purchases of 10 metres or more of any fabric listed. You can email me with the quantity you are making the offer for - 10 or more metres of one tartan, or any combination of tartans - and the price you are offering. I will, by return email, confirm or decline your Best Offer with other details on shipping time.
And note, too, that I offer free shipping on orders shipped within Canada over $60, and on orders shipped within the continental U.S. and Alaska over $100.
