We are a small family business specializing in casual attire up to size 10x. Having been in business for 10 years, we try to treat our customers to a personable and fun shopping experience! All our merchandise is 1st quality unless otherwise noted within the item description. We buy direct from the manufactures & name brand close-outs from various wholesalers. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise.
Since we at Big & Tall Discount Sportswear, are a small family business, any information provided to us will remain with us. That is one of the privileges of shopping with a smaller company. We are not out to make money by selling your personal information or sharing it with third parties. Any information you supply to us will only be used to process your order. We may e-mail you to confirm or to advise the status of your order.We will gladly combine shipping on our auctions, Ebay store and/or website (www.2x10x.com). We will exchange items that are the wrong size, however, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges associated with any exchanges. Please email us with any questions, we will always provide you with any additional information.
Our shipping prices do represent our real cost of shipping items to you. We do not make any money on shipping. We often have to purchase boxes, tape, and packing supplies which are all very expensive. Your item may cost us a few cents less to ship, but your next order may cost us a few cents more. In the end we usually loose a few dollars each week in actual shipping costs.Payment must be received within 10 days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 10 days. NO EXCEPTIONS! Bidder will be blocked from all future auctions. We do file NPB final fee refund requests, not because we want to be mean to our bidders, but because we are a small family business, and we cannot afford to pay the fees, if the transaction is not closed.
We are usually involved with our other selling locations during the weekend, so if you don't hear back from us right away, please be patient. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Effective August 2004, we can NO LONGER accept Paypal as a form of payment due to the increased costs associated with Paypal payments and the payment reversals we have been subjected to due to "Fraudulent Funds".
