Q: What is your return/refund policy?

A: Due to the nature of our business, most of our items are used and from unknown sources. We leave it up to our customers to ask any and all questions they might have BEFORE bidding. We do NOT, under any circumstances, give refunds or accept returns. We are through in examining all items and notations any flaws and provide plenty of large photographs to scrutinize. We will not be held responsible for 'buyers remorse' and bidders that fail to ask specific questions/concerns.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Of Course! It all depends on the weight of the package. We will send you a revised invoice at the end of the auctions showing your discount. We don't charge crazy amounts for shipping and we really do everything we can to keep your cost down.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Lickity Split is when! We ship ever single day of the week (except Sunday, but that’s only because the Post Office is closed). We will ship your package out within 24 hours of your payment. After that Domestic Packages arrive within 3-5 business days and International Packages arrive within 5-10 business days. Please contact us if you feel that your package is lost and we will look into it with the Post Office.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We Love our International Customers. For shipping cost on any individual item just used the Shipping calculator on the items page.

Q: Can you ship cheaper?

A: No. We only ship via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. We will not ship ‘First class’ or with a ‘Flat Rate Envelope’. If there is a cheaper way with Priority Mail…we would have used it. Trust us, It does us no good to overcharge on shipping…we don’t work for the post office and we don’t make any money from using Priority Mail. In all of our years and experience, we have found it to be the fastest, safest and most efficient way to ship. Non-negotiable and please don’t ask us to make an exception for you because we won’t.

Q: What are the measurements?

A: Oh Comon' now! Please make sure you read through the listing details again before asking this question. We spend a lot of time making sure our customers have all the information they need to make an educated decision. We ALWAYS welcome questions or other concerns and are very willing to take other, more specific measurements if needed.

Q: What is your feedback policy?

A: . The new eBay feedback policy is such that sellers can not leave negative or neutral feedback for buyers. This new rule is forcing sellers to leave positive feedback for buyers regardless of their severely late payment, rude attitudes, lack of payment whatsoever, fraud and/or extortion. However, sellers depend on their customers 5 star rating to get a small discount from eBay, to cushion the blow of the 40% fee hike. Therefore, we do leave feedback for sellers that we have purchased from. As a buyer, you gain nothing by receiving positive feedback and all sellers know that you can't judge a buyer by their automatic 100% positive status. You don't get a discount for getting more feedback, in fact, you don't get anything which has made the feedback system unbalanced and useless. Please know that we appreciate you so much and show you with our careful packaging of your item and insanely fast delivery. Again, we appreciate your FIVE STAR RATING in order to continue providing authentic vintage goods for VERY reasonable prices.
