We specialize in watches , watch straps and sunglasses, and are now
concentrating more and more on branded designer goods
from well-known names.

Our range of watches includes Jeep, Ben Sherman, Henley, Avia,
 Gul, Fishbone, Terrain, Pod, Morgan, Diesel, Slazenger:  and we stock
sunglasses from Diesel, Ralph Lauren  and Indian Motorcycles, as well
as a wide range of REVEX polarized sunglasses for anglers and 
the boating fraternity. 

Our Service

We are committed to giving the best possible service.

 We aim to ensure that every customer is delighted with their
purchase.  We despatch within 24 hrs of payment arriving -
often the same day.
Customers are constantly kept informed of progress by
e-mail;  we have a series of automated messages set up
which advise when payment has been received and when
an item has been despatched.

FEEDBACK

With a large number of orders every day, we regrettably
do not have time to leave all our customers a personalized
feedback comment;  so our feedback is also automated,
using eBay's Selling Manager system.

Since sellers can no longer leave anything but positive feedback, 
we see no mileage in waiting for a positive before responding 
likewise;  so buyers will recieve positive feedback upon receipt
 of payment.  We would of course like you to leave a positive in return.

Returns policy

We are very careful to inspect all items  of stock before
despatch;  but we are only human, and errors or oversights
can occur.  And, of course, it is always possible that when
you see the actual item rather than just a photo, you just don't
like it, or it is too large or too small.

For whatever reason,  under the Distance Selling
Regulations, buyers on eBay are entitled to return goods
they are not happy with, for refund or replacement.

If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase from
Watchwatchwatch-UK, please first advise us as soon as possible
by e-mail, quoting the item number and stating the reason
you wish to return the item.

Then please pack and wrap the item carefully, and mail it
back to us at the address below.  Goods are returned at buyers
 risk, so we strongly recommend obtaining a Certificate of posting
 (free on request from the post office) or for items over £39.00, 
we advise Special Delivery.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt

please note:   If you are returning goods because you
don't like them or they don't fit,  we obviously have to be
able to resell them.   Items for return must be complete and
unaltered   ( e.g.  watch bracelets must not have been
shortened ), and must be returned with all original labels,
tags, lens stickers, manufacturers paperwork and  packaging
intact. We refund full purchase price and original postage only.
The customer is liable for postal cost of returning unwanted goods.

In the unusual event of faulty or incorrect goods being sent, we will 
of course refund your return postage as well.

GUARANTEES

Guarantees are offered by manufacturers in addition to
your statutory rights under the Sale of  Goods Act,  the
Distance Selling Regulations, and other legislation.

If goods were delivered in  good condition, as described,
and fit for their purpose, but later develop a fault, this is
where your guarantee comes in.

Virtually all watches we sell will arrive with a guarantee.
Please keep this carefully.  You will usually receive faster
service if goods under guarantee are returned direct to the
service department address on the guarantee.

Guarantees do not cover battery life, or parts which are
often damaged by accident, such as the glass, watch strap or
bracelet.  Also excluded is damage caused by misuse,
such as water getting inside a non-water resistant watch .
