Hello, and thanks for stopping by.  I treat my customers the same way that I want to be treated.  First of all, I put in all the information that you would possibly need to know about the item, in my listings.  I don't write a bunch of extra stuff about feedback, when payment must be made, etc., because I know you know what to do and your time is valuable.  Next, I put a picture of the actual item or items that you are receiving.  I tell you exactly what you are getting.  I normally include up to 3 shipping options.  I know some people live in the city and do not like UPS dropping their items off outside their door when they're not home.  If it is a light item, I will normally put the best option for cost and travel time.  I print shipping labels for all items that are shipped through the Post Office.  You will receive an email with a Delivery Confirmation Number once I print your label.  You will know that I will be dropping it off at the Post Office real soon and it is on its way.  If your item is being shipped through UPS or Internationally, I will always email you, after I have shipped your item, so that you know it is on the way.  Insurance is usually optional for most items.  I will usually require it on more expensive items or awkward/breakable items.  You will see all that in the listing.  I normally ship within one business day.  This means Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.  Parcel Post and Media Mail are the slowest forms of shipping, although, they are cheaper.  If you choose either of these methods of shipping, your item can take up to 9 days to get to you.  I have had items take longer, but that is pretty rare.  About 3-7 days after you have received your item, and I haven't heard from you, through email or feedback, I will write you a short note to make sure everything worked out o.k.  I want to know you're happy.  When you're happy, I'm happy.  And don't worry, I will only write you once, if you ignore me, that's o.k., I will not keep bothering you.  I hate when people do that to me, I would never do that to anyone else.  I usually do not send out an invoice right away after you have purchased an item.  Two reasons for this:  I do not want you to feel pressured into paying right this minute.  If you want to pay right away, you can do it right after your purchase or a few hours later.  If it is going to be more than 3 days, please let me know.  Also, I'm hoping you will do a little more shopping and find something else to buy.  I combine shipping when possible, so if you buy more than one item, please wait for me to send you an invoice.  If you need to know before hand how much shipping would cost to add another item, let me know.
