I've found that using a rewound high voltage alternator that is non regulated is exactly what Stan Meyer was using to run his VW that ran on water only. He used an inverter and a variac to pulse the alternator. He also used a tube cell, not a flat plate cell. There was no accumulation of the gas! Stan left the HHO gas in the water and injected the water into the engine while using a plasma spark.
