1.1 The item you see pictured is the item you are buying. Our pictures are taken by a professional photographer. If there is any imperfection in the watch we will try to point them out as best as possible 1.2 We FULLY GUARANTEE the authenticity of all the items and components we sell. You can buy from us with complete confidence. We would never risk our business or reputation by selling a knockoffs. If there is anything aftermarket on the watch will point them out. Bands, bezels crystals etc. 1.Our Auctions are processed from Monday to Friday,9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST (USA). Our customer representatives are available to answer your questions during that time.Unless other arrangements are made by one of the members of our staff. Orders posted after 5:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be process and and shipped out.I MPORTANT: After the customer’s payment clears all purchased items receive a final inspection and are normally shipped within 24 - 48 hours. * If an item does not pass our final inspection we will contact the customer to arrange on the course of action to take: issue a full refund or have the watch repaired by one of our watchmakers. If so, once the watch has been repaired Waverly Watch Inc will contact the customer to give them the option of completing their purchase. 1.We work very hard on our auctions and trying to find the possible possible product for our customers. After years of dealing with post office and thousand lost over scanned tracking numbers. UPS is a lot safer. All shipping and customs instructions must be put in the notes section in paypal or propay. an email is not good enough. We receive hundreds of emails a day and all request for a lower value we couldn't possible;e remember. UPS and your countries customs departments reserve the right to make judge on the true value of the package. WAVERLY WATCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Return Info. Customer have 7 days to return the item. If you just don't like the item we do not cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is defective. We will cover any fees necessary in this process, we will exchange the item for new one if in stock or replace with a desired watch of equal value. If we do not have it will issue you a refund. before returning the item you must get an ra number from us. also you must include your original invoice your user name and phone number and reason for return. Warranty info. Waverly watch covers all items sold for up too 2 years. We want to do our buest to make our customers lifelong customers so will go to great lengthhs to do whatever it takes.
