I am not a specialist or expert in any particular category of goods. I buy everything from coins to militaria to dolls and porcelain based strictly on value. I attend 4 to 5 estate sales per week, acting as the eyes and ears of millions of hard-working eBay collectors who do not have the time to attend sales themselves. After more than five years, I have developed a sense of what you want and at what price, and that is what guides me. Sometimes I get lucky and stumble upon a treasure for a pittance. Other times I lose money. In any event, it is always fascinating and fun.

OUR THREE DAY RETURN POLICY
I do my best to disclose all of the information I know about every product I sell. I make every effort to make the product descriptions as objective as possible, without "puffing" products. But I am not perfect. So, if in my judgment your merchandise was misrepresented -- and subject to your leaving positive feedback -- you may return your merchandise within three days of your receiving it.

Nearly all of the merchandise I offer for sale comes from estate sales in the Pennsylvania Dutch region. This area is rich in its tradition of holding estate auctions; they are practically a way of life here. The area is also rich in desirable merchandise, since Pennsylvania Germans are well-known as collectors of everything from dolls, to porcelain, to primitives, to Civil War memorabilia. They also keep their things in pristine condition, as anyone who has traveled through and seen the farms of Lancaster County can attest.

That is why my merchandise is generally exceptional; and why very few of my customers return what they buy from Auktion Online.
