The name, Our 4 Corners, is derived from the 4 Corners of our life - family, friends, home and business. We offer many products for all aspects of your life - wellness products, bulk herbs, pet items and more with new items arriving daily!

Our 4 Corners offers only new items, shipped directly from our suppliers. We don't store products in our garage, basement or in any other home-site, being a drop shipper. Our 4 Corners only offers new, unused products from our handpicked suppliers that have a long standing field record for excellence in product quality and delivery. We offer shipping discounts (combined shipping) along with quantity discounts. We offer reasonable international shipping - please email if you need an international shipping quote prior to purchase. International orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE for any reason due to international herb regulations and that we are unable to track orders outside of the U.S. Due to custom delays and deliquent delivery, we are unable to ship herbs to Australia and Mexico-sorry! Questions are always welcome and are answered as quickly as possible. We keep our prices competitive to keep our customers happy!

Important Policies

~Product statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We are not responsible for use or misuse of any of our products.

~Shipping - Beware of FREE shipping!! The seller does not pay for the cost of FREE shipping-you do!!! The shipping cost is built into the price of the product-costing you $$ more!! We charge a small amount for shipping and combine shipping on all multiple item purchases. Our low prices and low shipping cost will save you lots of $$!! You do the math!!

~We will ship each supplier's products with combined shipping whenever possible, however, we use many suppliers and if you order multiple products, they may ship from separate suppliers. We will notify you if we cannot combine the shipping, and wait for your instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

~Our herbal supplier has been supplying herbs, etc. to wholesale houses and the marketplace for well over 20 years. They are well known and established in the industry. The herbs are free of pesticides and herbicides, and are not fumigated, sprayed or irradiated. Lab tested, 100% pure. All herbs are naturally grown under controlled conditions - commercially organic (wildcrafted). Our herbs are ethically gathered at peak potency. They are purchased in bulk from the commercial grower and are re-packaged under controlled conditions. Some herbs are Certified Organic and are Certified by the Iowa Dept. of Agriculture and Land Stewardship. Commercially organic herbs are not required to be marked as "organic", some are marked "wildcrafted" on the packaging, only "certified organic" herbs are required to be marked as such by the industry.

~If an item is out-of-stock, restock is normally less than 30 days! Occasionally, an herb may take longer to restock since certain herbs are seasonal. We will refund for that herb and, and notify you as soon as that herb is available. If you have a need when stock arrives, it would be our pleasure to have you visit us again!

~Shipping Carrier/Methods - Shipping carrier is USPS or UPS. Shipping method by carrier is USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority; or UPS Ground. Shipping method is determined by our supplier-his decision is based on address, weight of order and fastest delivery time to your location.

~Tracking Your Order - We receive our shipping confirmations directly from UPS or USPS 24-48 hours after shipping has actually taken place. We do not ship on weekends! Single item herb orders ship USPS-no tracking is available. Multiple item herb orders (2 lbs. or more) ship UPS with tracking (USPS is used for a P.O. Box shipment). When your order ships, your tracking number will appear on your Order Details page (click on the tracking number to view the progress of your order)!

~Herb Packaging - packaged in 2 mil plastic bags sealed with twist ties to reduce shipping costs. Air tight sealed or vacuum sealed bags seal natural herb moisture inside encouraging herbs to mold quickly. We do not air tight seal or vacuum seal our herbs because of this! Store in a cool, dry, darkened area. Our quality herbs will stay fresh and potent for 18-24 months from date of purchase. Instructions and recommended dosage are not included on the packaging due to liability regulations.

~Herb Images - images are as accurate as possible showing the whole herb plant, cut form, powder form, etc. The appearance, color, etc. may differ slightly from the herb that you receive simply due to time of the year when harvested, growing conditions, country of origin, etc. The title and description fully indicates which form of the herb you will be purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us.

~Valid shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer. We ship from the eBay address that is provided thru the eBay order. If an order is returned to our supplier due to a wrong/invalid address received from the customer, postal service unable to deliver, etc. we can cancel the order and refund for product ONLY, or reship the order to a valid address and the customer will bear the cost of the reship - your choice.

~APO and FPO addresses-MUST ship Priority Mail with insurance.

~You will receive an "order shipped" confirmation on all orders. Tracking provided on UPS shipments. We do not ship on weekends!

~Items are NOT available for pickup.

~We accept Paypal, credit cards thru Paypal, and eChecks thru Paypal. As of 10/31/08, eBay will become paperless - sellers will no longer to able to accept personal checks, money orders or certified checks for eBay purchases. Our site has been updated to reflect this change in eBay policy. If you do not wish to pay using Paypal, please contact us for further informaton.

~International Customers-We ship worldwide on most all of our products. Please email for a shipping quote prior to purchase. All international orders must be paid thru Paypal. Our international orders ship USPS. Each supplier offers their own available USPS shipping method and costs. We pass along the actual shipping cost that our supplier charges-we DO NOT inflate shipping costs to make a profit! Tracking is not provided for international shipments. USPS proves to be safer, faster and the most cost effective international shipping available at this time.

~International Buyers-Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Additionally, we do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

~Countries that we are unable to ship our herbs-Australia, Russian Federation and Mexico. We apologize for the inconvenience!!

~International Shipping Disclaimer-Shipping time is controlled by the postal system for all international shipments. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the time it takes to reach an international location-we have no control over postal shipping time!

~International Customs Disclaimer-International customers are responsible for their order clearing customs. All international order customs forms are filled out according to our postal regulations. If your order is seized at your border, this is your responsibility! Please check all rules and regulations for your country prior to ordering. We ARE NOT responsible for the actions of your country!

~International Fees and Duties-International customers are responsible for fees and duties levied by their country. We do not pay international fees and duties for any order.

~Due to the recent postal shipping cost increase, quantity orders should be quoted for best shipping availability. Please contact us prior to payment. Our shipping costs are the actual shipping cost that we are charged by our supplier.
