What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 2:00 P.M. EST or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You may call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877), and contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact UPS Customer Service and our offices immediately.

Defective Merchandise
In the RARE case that this item arrives DOA ( Dead on Arrival ) you must report it to us immediately. We will gladly exchange defective products if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date unless stated otherwise under Item Condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. After 7 days, all exchanges/repairs must go through the manufacturer. Please make sure to get a Return Authorization from us.
Please note that all sales are final. Also note that TV's are not returnable as they are covered by a MFG warranty.
Damaged Merchandise
In the event that your merchandise arrives to you in physically damaged condition due to transit damage, please call Customer Service at 1-714-255-8289 or email us at:customerservice@wegotbetterdeals.com You must make claims for damage within 3 days of delivery. After this allotted time, we cannot accept responsibility for the claim. We will contact the delivery carrier on your behalf and have the merchandise picked up and inspected. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise to our warehouse, a replacement unit of the same model will be shipped to you.
Refused or Non Excepted Shipments
At Wegotbetterdeals, we make every effort to ship orders expeditiously. Merchandise that is refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.
