Please read before bidding. . .
I pack all breakables in bubble wrap whether insured, or not. I recommend insurance, not only for damages, but also for undelivered/lost shipments.
I am not personally responsible for undelivered items, especially if insurance was not chosen. However, if insurance was chosen, I will make every effort to help you resolve the problem with the carrier - USPS or UPS.
I ship within 48 hours of receiving a CLEARED online payment (Paypal, etc.) & money orders. I also ship 1 week after receiving personal checks. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
I try to contact all winning bidders with in 48 hours after auction close. Should you NOT receive an email, keep in mind it is also the bidder's responsibility to attempt contact as well. I expect payment with in 10 days after auction close date as posted in the auctions. If a problem should arise, please contact me and keep me posted. I try to contact buyers again on the 7-10th day after auction-end when no payment or contact is received. If no satisfactory communication is returned to me, I then issue a non-paying bidder alert 1-2 days thereafter. Any items NOT paid for within 20 days (especially with no contact) will be sold to the next highest bidder, or relisted AND bidder will receive negative feedback. I do not ship ANY items without payment.
Feedbacks: Ebay is my "second job". I offer the same commitment & enthusiam as with my primary employer. I issue feedbacks after I deem a transaction "complete". If I happen to lag behind on issuing feedback, I DO try to make it a point to catch up on them regularly. Please be patient. I don't take kindly to feedback threats or "bargains".
Returns / Refunds...
If you experience a shipping problem (undelivered or broken shipment) I do NOT personally issue credit or refunds without emailed pictures or returned entire product(s). UPS must pick their broken deliveries before THEY will process a claim. The United States Postal Service is responsible for issuing refunds on their damaged/undelivered deliveries... I will mail you the insurance slip so you may start a claim with them. All other issues - credits or refunds due to other reasons, Please keep in mind that I descibe items on the conservative side (I mention all defects or malidies that I see to the best of my ability. If I misdescribe an item, I reserve the right to use my discretion whether or not a credit or refund is in order.

international (non-USA) bidders...
In the past I had limited myself to the 50 States of the United States, it's properties, and it's own military posts for our men and women in our Armed Services.
I am now offering shipment to internationally. Any shipping rates or calculators posted in the auctions are NOT valid shipping rates outside of the USA. PLease email me before or after auction end to receive YOUR shipping rate. ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE IN US DOLLARS. Thank you.
