A: WestCoastSkin.com is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our eBay Sales office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST. To

Q: How long will my order take to
arrive?
A: The average length of time is 3-7 business days from the day we receive your order.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal.
Q: Why don you list expiration dates for most of
your products?
A: WestCoastSkin products are shipped from a licensed pharmacy. Our stock is provided by pharmaceutical vendors and manufacturers. Due to the
high volume of product shipped on a daily basis we cannot guarantee that the product you order will have a specific expiration date or lot
number. All of our stock is fresh and unopened and will have a shelf life of at least 6 to 8 months from the time it is shipped to you.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is $5.00 USD per order if shipped within the US. Orders shipped from Canada will be $6.00 USD per order. International Shipping
is not available at the present time. Additional shipping charges may apply to some items with excessive weight.
Q: Do I have to pay taxes or duties for my
shipment?
A: For shipments from the US to Canada the customer is responsible to any applicable taxes or duty. Due to the volume of product shipped
daily we do not have the option to mark your order as a gift.
Q: What if I need to return my order?
A: WestCoastSkin ships product from a licensed pharmacy and as such we must adhere to pharmacy regulations. We do not accept returns on any
over-the-counter medications unless they are expired or damaged, in which case they are eligible for return for a refund or credit within 15
days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing
slip. We personally insure all parcels on your behalf.
