We describe our merchandise to the best of our abilities, all items are sold “as is.” Look at all the pictures. Ask questions before buying or bidding on auction items. All sales are final unless there has been a gross misrepresentation of a particular item. Email invoices are sent within 24-hours of purchase or auction endings. We expect PayPal payment within 5-days. (In September 2008 eBay is making PayPal mandatory, the only payment method allowed.) We always work with you to save money on the shipping of multiple items. We gladly ship worldwide. Shipping prices in our listings is for domestic USA shipping only. International shipping is based on the final destination. If you’re bidding on items closing over a period of time just let us know! All items are well packed. But, we’re not responsible for packages once turned over to the United States Postal Service. If you want Insurance just ask, it’s available at an additional cost to you. Also, if on items that are indicated to ship First Class Mail, if you need an upgrade to Priority Mail at your expense, just ask.

We operate in a smoke free business environment. Our usual shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. Just as a point of interest, since we’re located in South Florida we are subject to possible business interruption during the hurricane season. If this occurs you’ll probably see it on the news! So, don’t worry if we’re out of touch for a few days and we don’t respond to your emails or ship your items---it’s because we can’t. But, as soon as our power and Internet are up and running we’ll be back in touch!
