transaction. We offer the entire line of American Racing, Epic, Motto, Twenty Inches Strong, Ro_Ja, Motegi Racing, DK, Giovanna,
GG, Helo, and X2O wheels.
Who wants to talk about problems? We do because they happen regardless of what sellers tell you! This is what separates us
from the other sellers. If you were to receive a product which is damaged or incorrect, we act immediately. You do not have to pay
for the cost of the return, it is not your fault this happened. Shipping costs can get expensive on wheels if you are having to pay for the
return, that deal you go from the other seller just got ugly quick if you had to cover these costs. We send you a prepaid UPS return
label to send the damaged or incorrect product back to us. In the meantime, we send you a replacement so the issue gets taken care
of immediately.
We take pride in that we cover all warranties. We do not tell you to call the manufacture to have the issues resolved. Just email us a
photo of the problem and we will have you taken care of immediately. We are here before and after the sale!
We are proud to say we respond to emails extremely quick. We provide this because we want you to feel comfortable with your
purchase. Most of the time it is within minutes of receiving your questions. If you do not get a reply within 24 hours, you may want to
check a couple of things:
- Check to make sure the email address listed on your eBay account is valid.
- Look in your bulk mail folder or spam folder as our replies sometime get filtered.
Domestic Shipments including Canada
All of our domestic and Canadian shipments are sent via UPS. If you would like the UPS tracking information for your products, feel
free to email us 48 business hours after you have paid. This does not include weekends or holidays. Make sure you include the eBay
Item Number and your name and shipping information when requesting this information.
International Shipments including HI, PR, GU, APO/FPO
Most of our international shipments are sent via USPS. They do not have a tracking process for international shipments other than
Global Priority. Because of the cost, we very rarely ship using Global Priority. Shipping methods available via USPS will be Airmail
Parcel Post (4-10 days) or Suraface Parcel Post (4-6 weeks).
