My name is Melony, and I enjoy creating art and clothing that will make you smile! Whimsy Daisy is the name of my home business. Daisy is my sweet daughter and model for the boutique-style clothes I design, sew, and sell on ebay. I enjoy creating unique home decor too, and have a passion (okay obsession) for the vintage look...fabrics, patterns, you name it...I like vintage! I will use vintage materials when possible, and love old and new retro fabrics that bring personality to my whimsical creations.

I WAS trying to "sew" my way to China on a medical mission trip. All that changed when my husband was diagnosed with cancer.UPDATE: Kent, the love of my life went to be with Jesus on September 23, 2005. I'm trying to learn to live without him. It is incredibly hard. God has been good to my family through it all. I'm trying to get back to sewing. Sewing is something that keeps my mind busy and occupied here at home, and I've been glad to have it as a hobby.
