Q. Do you Combine Shipping on Multiple Items Purchased? 
A. Absolutely! we will work with you to keep shipping costs down.

Q. How soon can I expect my item once I have paid for it? 
A. We ship same day on orders received by 3:00 PM CST. Your item will be shipped right away. We cannot control delivery times once the Post Office has the item but if you have not received your item promptly let us know so we can track the item down and make sure everything is okay.

Q. If something is wrong with my purchase can I return it? 
A. Of course! We want you to be completely satisfied. Please send us a message right away if something is wrong. We ask that you return it unopened and within 7 days and we will issue a refund right away for your full purchase price.

Q. I want to purchase several items from your store do you accept best offers? 
A. We definitely do provided they are reasonable. We love dealing with large quantity purchases and will do everything we can to get you the items you want at a great price.

Q. Are your items in stock or will I have to wait for them to come in once I make a purchase? 
A. Our items are always in stock in hand and ready to ship and you will receive them fast!

Q. Some of your prices are extremely low, does this mean I am getting an inferior item? 
A. We buy in Bulk from various dealers and collections and pass on the low prices to you. If you check out our feedback you will see that our quality is high. We never sell inferior items.

Q. Do you Accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or Personal Checks as Payment? 
A. Yes we do! Items will ship as soon as the check clears the bank completely.
