After the auction ends you will receive a invoice from Pay Pal please pay from this invoice immediately. We are not a retail outlet so all sales are final. We have had many happy customers that we have delt with many times over, and we would like to satisfy many more customes with more great deals on some great items. We ship our items almost daily to insure that our customers get thier items as quickly as possible. We do our part to get your items in the mail in a timely manner but we have no control of how the U.S. postal service handles your item. We also have no control over lost or damaged items while in transit so we offer the option of low cost insurance on all of our listings. Once you receive your item please post feedback for us and we will gladly do the same in return. If you have any questions please feel free to email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
