Who We Are
We're a family business: I'm the tie-dyeing WAHM who has been playing with color on clothes since 1988, originally selling at Grateful Dead concerts and on the streets of my home town of Amherst, Massachusetts. Bruce, husband and dad, is the faithful computer guru. Adin, our 8 year-old son, is our frequent model as well as inspiration. He definitely favors his parents' funky, colorful tastes in clothing. He actually goes a step further, favoring fiery colors and anything that looks like an explosion. Nora, 5, is a true Wild Child and also pulls her weight by looking cute in our clothes at fairs and festivals and modeling for the website. She did her first fair at 3 weeks old! When Nora was born I left my teaching job of many years to devote more time to the kids and now make tie-dyes full time. We do about 25 shows each year and are now on the web on eBay as well as our own website, www.wildchildtiedyes.com features our show schedule and on-line shopping for your convenience. If you don't see what you're looking for, look there or just ask. Custom orders are always welcome!
