Conditions of Sale
- The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 4 days
from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale.
- All item prices include GST. GST is separated in the invoice you receive at the checkout for your convenience.

Returns
- Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 7 day exchange policy if the item was substantially not as described in the auction or is completely damaged on arrival. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not usually reason for a refund.
- Buyer must return the item within 7 days of auction in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping. Refund provided at our discretion within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless item is damaged or incorrect.
- If size is incorrect you may return the item to Wild Earth at buyers expense in exchange for the correct size within 7 days. Please take care in measuring size to ensure correct fit.
- We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.
Delivery
- Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full
- Dispatch of goods is arranged by us through Australia Post Parcel service.
- Please allow up to 2 - 6 working days for Australian delivery, and 5 -14 days for international orders, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
- No weekend or after hours delivery available.
