Hello everyone . It's time to refresh my "About Me Page" I have to be the biggest collector of "too many things"! My main collecting area is Lionel Electric Trains and has been since my parents gave me my first set in 1949. My Motto , never enough ! My storeage area will confirm that. Since my very first Auction on E-Bay , I've grown with the community since the early days, although not as active as some , "I love this community". I have met some of the most wonderful people along the way and made many friendships that I treasure most of all among all the buying and selling.I was away from selling for about 1-year due to health issues within my family and now that things have gotten better I am so glad to be back making more new friends and buying lots of things I really don't need.Come by and check my auctions from time to time, one week might be Tonka Toys ,next might be Lionel trains or maybe an antique telephone or two and of course, some great old clocks and then some "Good Ole Junque" Happy E-Baying everyone!!
I have always had a like for antique Telephones even when they were not considered Antiques. Part of my Family worked for The Western Electric Telephone Company in the early years and I was Blessed with receiving my Late Uncles Phone collection, lots of "Junque" but much really great and hard to find Telephones and parts.
My next big Collecting area is beautiful Antique Clocks, now do not get me wrong, I have lots of "Junque" in my collection to. About four years ago a very close friend passed away and left his beautiful Herschede's 9-Tube Grandfather clock to me, something I could never afford raising two children alone, needless to say it is by far the most prized Clock in my collection. Seth Thomas Clocks adorn many walls of my home and garage area and my Prize in that area is my Seth Thomas #1 Office Calendar Clock in almost perfect condition, it was a local purchase from another E-Bay Team Member, TSCLOCKS and a very good friend. There is a couple of blisters in the Rosewood Veneer but still Beautiful in everyway and all labels are present.
