"Warranty and Return Information"
All parts carry a thirty day no hassle return policy. To return a part you must have the original copy of the receipt and an authorization number.(see below) All returns not related to warranty will be restock charged. No returns after 30 days. Warranty is 90 days unless extended by the manufacturer and are subject to the part itself (no labor). Most items carry a one year warranty that is extended through us. Should a part fail within this time period, we would of coarse handle the return and replacement of this merchandise. (interior items carry a one year warranty) Electrical parts are not returnable. Used parts are not returnable and are sold "as is". Parts that have been installed, attempted to be installed or defaced in any way are not returnable. Parts must be returned in the original package. All returns must have an authorization number attached to the label upon return. You may contact your sales representative for this number should you need to return a part. Packages without return authorization number will be refused. If you are shipping a part to us to restore then please call us for a shipment number to attach to the label. Returns will only be refunded the original cost of the merchandise less any restock fee's if they apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
