Winderwood Farm is composed of a one person operation, i wash fleece, dye, buy wool and exotics from Ashland bay. Wieght, package, take photos, list and ship....I am one very busy person, operation with no emplyees and still offer fast friendly service.
Detailed seller ratings have recently become very important to seller wo use Ebay as their bussiness. When you leave 4 stars,it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in shipping time means "quickly", Ebay however considers this a sub-par mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain all their ratings, which are reviewed every thirty days as a 4.8 and aboce or be penalized with higher fees and poorer placement. I strive for 5 Star service by staing upfrnt my policies, shipping rate and shipping frequency. I state my shipping rate in each lising. I am always happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Please understand Ebay wants you to leave lower than 5 stars so they can collect higher from seller while holding a carrot of discounts in front of us for a very difficult to achieve and maintain rateing. My shipping/handleing charges include first class envolopes, bubble wrap, twist ties, plactic bags, tape, paper, ink and alot of times the little extras you ask for such as instructions and samples.

The Postal Service has raised shipping rates, if your in question on shipping costs PLEASE CONTACT ME. Shipping goes by weight when your purchasing several items. Some of you seem to think if one listing states a priority shipping amount that i will ship an un-ending amount for the one price, NO SHIPPING IS FREE unless it is stated in the item discription. Spinning whels and Looms are free shipping. Wool is NOT.
