| About Windmill Trading |
Thank you for taking the time to
find out more about Windmill Trading, where I strive to do "Business at the
Speed of eBay". That means: faster than you can imagine or have ever
experienced anytime before on eBay. Often, your order will have arrived at
your doorstep whereas another seller might still be packing it! Check my
feedback, I'm sure you'll agree that there is no seller more committed to
finalizing your transaction faster. You also won't find a seller more
committed to Customer Service than Windmill Trading. I provide true "5 star Gold
Customer Service". The feedback proves it...
I specialize in
new computer parts,
previously-owned, refurbished laptop computers, digital cameras and assorted new
electronic gadgets and gizmos... I'll only sell something if I'd buy
it myself! In other words, if it's junk, of questionable or poor quality,
I won't sell it. It'll only result in disappointment on both sides, so why
do it? You'll hear everyone say that "superior service and happy
customers" are their Number One priority...but I actually PROVE it. Check my
feedback! I really DO provide "5-Star Gold Customer Service".
As a member of the eBay community since December of 1999, I don't hide behind an
email address or user ID. Anytime you email me, I respond faster than you
can imagine and will always give you my phone number as well. The
toll-free phone number is even part of the logo at top. I am located
in the Evergreen State of Washington, just east of Seattle.
And don't forget about my own web store where I carry the same items as I do in

Add the usual dot and three letter extension to the userID to get to it....
I also pride myself in the fact that I communicate with my buyers continuously throughout the transaction. When you win an auction or use the BuyItNow, you will first get a note acknowledging your win and giving you your payment options. When you pay, I acknowledge your payment to let you know I'm working on getting your order shipped. When your order has shipped and a tracking number is available, I email you again. I insert a Packing Slip and a Thank You note with your order. Do you know ANY eBay seller who communicates that much? Didn't think so.
The policies on this page apply to ALL my auctions,
unless specifically state otherwise in the auction text. For
instance, some items can be shipped internationally, but not all can.
I hope that this section is helpful. Please abide by these simple rules,
so we can all be happy and eBay becomes a better market place than it already
is!

| My Guarantee |
Barring obvious typos
or contradictory statements in the auction text, I guarantee my products
to be as stated in the auction. If there is a mistake or typo in the
auction, please let me know. If there is a contradiction between auction
title and what it listed in the text itself, the text prevails. If the
product arrives DOA - I'll fix it, replace it if I have more in stock, or refund
your money. Please see my Return Policy and also the section about Warranty & Service Plans, below.

If you have more
than 3 negative feedbacks in the last 3 months, I'd love to have your business
too. But please send an email first, to explain your situation. Most
times there's a perfectly logical explanation and I will not hold it against
you. If you do not email me first, though, your bid WILL be cancelled,
otherwise. I do not want to become part of YOUR statistics. I've
been there & done that, as they say... é
| Payment Information |
Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction's
end or it will be re-listed. Payments accepted are: all major credit cards
through Google, PayPal, Money Order/Cashier's Check, or Cash. Sorry, no
Personal Checks, I've had to stop accepting those after
receiving too many bad ones... US currency only. If you are going to
send payment through the mail, please purchase some kind of tracking. I
are not responsible for "payments lost in the mail".
After the auction, please complete eBay's checkout and choose your payment
method. It should then give you the necessary payment information. If you
need any help with the payment process, please feel free to ask me. Call
or email and I'll be happy to guide you through the process. I know it can
be confusing and intimidating, especially for new users! I've been there too...
Per eBay's rules, buyer and seller are REQUIRED to be in touch with each other
within 3 days after the auction end. If I do not hear back from you, I
must assume you are not interested and after 7 days I may relist the item and
start the NPB process with eBay to recoup my fees, with all the negative
consequences for the buyer surrounding that.

| Shipping Information |
All items are well protected. 99% of orders are shipped the same day! Buyers have several choices as to carriers. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but some may be shipped First Class, UPS, or FedEx (ground or air). I ONLY ship to US and Canadian addresses, either PO, APO or street addresses, unless stated otherwise in the listing. If you need your item shipped abroad, arrange for someone to receive your item and ask them to forward it for you. I highly recommend purchasing insurance, as I can not be responsible for the shipment once it leaves my hands. If the winning bid is over $100, and winner is paying via PayPal, I can only send to a PayPal confirmed address. é

Some items are only available to
US addresses..
All Canadian shipments are done with FedEx International Ground or Global
Priority Mail with complete customs forms filled out by me. Sorry, I can
NOT mark the merchandise as "gift" to circumvent customs duties, so please do
not ask. I do not know any business that GIVES away their products, and while I
try to be unique, I don't plan on doing it that way... :)

I offer discounted S&H rates on additional eBay purchases, by request. If you are interested in Combined Shipping, please email me BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR BID so I can let you know what you might save. Click the button in this section to email me via eBay's system, or send email to "sales at windmilltrading period com" (sorry, email address not listed on this page to cut down on spam generated by "spam-bots") . Items purchased from my direct website get combined shipping discounts automatically. During checkout those discounts are automatically included.
In order to receive discounted S&H rates on additional items, all items must be paid for with ONE payment & ship in one package. Please note only software & books can be shipped via Media Mail - combining software & books with something else may not result in reduced S&H rates. é
| Service after the Sale |
Now here's something you won't find anywhere else: I will actually service any computer equipment I sell on eBay. With an A+, MCSE and a Toshiba Certified technician you can first of all be assured that any computer equipment you buy will have been serviced to be in top-notch condition before the sale. But things happen: users install software they didn't mean to, virusses attack. etc. etc. If that happens and you can't fix it, email or call me. I'll be glad to help via email or over the phone. More often than not, I can guide you over the phone to get your problem fixed. There's no charge for that! Should the problem be more extensive, then you have the option of sending the equipment to me to be fixed. In that case, my hourly rates are very reasonable and quoted up front. And if I can't fix it, there's no charge... é
| Warrranty & Service
Plans |
Unless stated otherwise in the auction text, all my items are
warranteed to be NOT DOA (Dead On Arrival). In the unfortunate event that
something during shipping may have rendered it in-operative, I will be happy to
work with you to get it fixed or replaced. (see next section for details)
Additionally, I also offer Service Plans through eBay. eBay and N.E.W.
Customer Service Companies, Inc., the nation's leading provider of extended
service plans, have teamed up to offer you the ability to protect your new and
used eBay electronics purchase with a one-year Service Plan. If your product
breaks and it's covered under the Service Plan, N.E.W. will repair it. The
fee depends on the final price of the auction and these Service Plans are

| Return Policy/Satisfaction Guarantee |
Most items I sell have an
unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not
happy with your purchase, return it to me within 7 days in resellable condition
and I will issue a refund as stated in the listing. Some items even
feature a 100% MoneyBack Guarantee. (See listing for details) .
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back, I do not reimburse for
those costs, just like you don't ask Sears to reimburse you for gasoline costs
or parking when you return something downtown.
If in the unlikely event of a unit that has arrived DOA (unlikely, but not
impossible), buyer will need to return unit via least expensive shipping and a
replacement unit will be sent, also via least expensive shipping. This is
regardless of how original shipping was done. Buyer will be reimbursed for
least expensive shipping/mailing costs of return item, even though that is not
industry standard. Most items will have a 7-dsay return policy, while items
purchased through my website have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning
bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract
to purchase the item from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve
