Ebay has been a great starter for us, but their fees are kiiling us and all of our customers.  We have to charge more for figures because ebay keep raising their fees.  Their final value fee is now 12%.  That's $1.20 on every $10 figure.  That doesn't include the .03 to .05 they charge us for every ebay store listing every 30 days.  That adds up when your talking about our store used to have over 600 listings every month.   That's between $18-$30 each month.  Then we have to pay a $20 fee just to keep the store open each month on top of that.  In the last year, We have paid ebay over $700 each month just in final value fees.  That means for our store to be open for one year on ebay, we have paid them a ballpark figure of $9,000.  That is crazy.

We will be reducing our ebay inventory every day.  Once something is out of stock, it will not be relisted.  Our goal is that by the end of the year, we have over 95% of our stock off ebay.  All new stock is added to our website and not here as of 6/1/08.  We currently have over 650 figures in stock on our website.
