We buy direct from the manufacturer, warehouse our own products and distribute them direct to you. What does this mean to you? Lower prices, faster delivery, better customer service! Store Policy
General Policy:
Our general policy is to do what is right for our customers, to make accomodations when possible and to provide a positive shopping experience. We understand that our customers have a choice, we will work hard to make Windy City Worldwide your first choice for inflatable products. We hope you will take the time to leave us positive feedback, we will always return the favor. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
We buy products direct from the manufacturer, distribute them from our own warehouse direct to you. If you have a question before, during or after purchasing a product, you can email us at ebaysales@windycitysuperstore.com or call for live customer support at 815-814-2800 M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST.
Make sure you have read all of our terms and conditions prior to bidding. If you do not agree with all of our policies, Including our S&H fees, please do not bid! By bidding you are stating you have read and understand our terms and conditions. If you do not intend to communicate or pay, please do not bid! We will file a non-paying bidder complaint with Ebay if you, the buyer, do not communicate your intent to pay or you do not pay for purchase within 7 days of the auction close. We are easy to work with but you must communicate with us. We understand sometimes there are extenuating circumstances. Unless you let us know, we must assume you are breaching the contract to buy and pursue our remedies.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
If you Buy it Now and Pay Now, We will Ship it Now! Delivers in 3 Days or Less to 85% of the Continental U.S.! Our shipping & handling fee applies to the Continental U.S. only. AK, HI, U.S. Territories and International Customers please contact us for rates and item eligibility, PRIOR TO BIDDING! Please understand that shipping & handling fees include; packaging supplies, packaging and labeling your item for shipment, labor to do so, freight, insurance and fuel surcharges. Insurance is always included in our S&H charges for your protection. Items purchased after normal business hours or on weekends will ship the next business day. If you need an item shipped for any reason after normal business hours during the week, let us know. We can help, but we need to know ahead of time! We ship Worldwide! Contact us for shipping rates, PRIOR TO BIDDING! International customers must provide a phone number for the courier!
Shipping charges apply on all items unless otherwise indicated. Orders received prior to 3PM CST M-F will, in most cases, be shipped that day. Orders received after 3PM CST M-F or on weekends will ship the next BUSINESS day. If you need your package shipped the same day but it is after 3PM CST please let us know. We can make accomodations. A nominal fee may apply.
Items up to 150 lbs will ship via a parcel courier such as UPS, Fedex or DHL. International Shipments generally ship via the USPS.
Items 151 lbs and up may be repackaged for shipping or ship via common carrier (Trucking company). Please note that truck shipments are very heavy and in most cases delivery is to the tail of the truck. Driver assistance is at the discretion of the driver. You will need to make arrangements to manuever the package around your property. Also note that shipping charges are non-refundable if you refuse delivery for reasons other than actual PRODUCT DAMAGE. Packaging damage does not count as product damage. The packaging is designed to protect the contents only. Sometimes the packaging will get beat up during transit but the product is in good shape. It is YOUR responsibility to examine the contents prior to signing the delivery receipt. Someone must be present to accept a truck shipment. Additional charges may be assessed for delivery attempts.
Tracking :
We will provide you with a tracking number and carrier name as soon as your order has been processed.
Delivery Times:
The following shipping map is indicative of our delivery times to you. We deliver to 85% of the Continental U.S. in 3 days or less. While we can get your items delivered to you faster than most of our competitors, we do not guarantee transit times nor do we assume any responsibility for later than anticipated deliveries. That is simply the nature of delivering packages.
Shipping Damage :
The procedures to replace a damaged shipment are as follows:
For items shipped via a non-freight service such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc...: The shipment recipient (you) must call the appropriate shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label; DHL at 1-800-CALL-DHL (1-800-225-5345), FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx or UPS at 1-800-PickUPS.
The recipient must give the shipping carrier the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and request a pick-up because the item(s) was damaged during shipping. This first step must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.
After DHL, FedEx or UPS picks up the damaged shipment notify us of the situation via email at:

Include the invoice/receipt number and Ebay item number as well as a description of the damage. We will replace the shipment at no additional cost to you after we have verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
For items shipped via common carrier freight service such as Watkins or ConWay Freight, etc., the shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered. The recipient must notify the freight delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the damaged shipment. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you after we have verified that the item was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks or more. We will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement if you fail to follow this procedure.
You are also responsible for the inspection of packages within 24 hrs of receipt to verify all parts that are supposed to be included are actually included. We must be notified immediately if parts are missing. This is a warranty issue! We sell only brand new sealed products. We will not be held responsible for replacement parts. If we can assist you, we will.
RETURNS:
Windy City SuperStore accepts returns only within 7 days after shipment. You must contact us for a return authorization prior to returning any product for any reason. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. We will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in shipment.
No Returns on International Shipments.
Warranty:
We guarantee that our products are Brand New! A warranty applies only if the listing states there is a warranty. If no warranty is stated on the listing, no warranty applies. No exceptions and no refunds will be given. Warranties do not cover lost or damaged shipments. Inspect your shipment thoroughly for damage. Notify us immediately if the contents are damaged. Please use caution when opening your package. Using a knife to open the packaging could damage the contents. You must also allow inflatable products to assume room temperature prior to handling or inflation. Failure to do so could result in leaks.
