We are Winter House Wares, an eBay member since 1999, offering women's plus size and misses designer clothing from Ralph Lauren, Eileen Fisher, Jones New York, and more.
Our goal is to transact each sale in a friendly, professional, efficient manner, provide a premium product and achieve customer satisfaction. It's our hope you'll be happy with your purchase from us and come back to shop at Winter House Wares again!
A little about our inventory...
Our new with tags inventory comes from major department stores such as Macy's, Bloomingdales, and Nordstrom's. We actually shop, hand select and carefully choose every item we offer for sale.
It's possible for any item to contain a flaw, whether it's new with tags or previously owned. We'll disclose any issue we find, but if we should miss something, please give us the opportunity to work with you to solve the matter. Returns are accepted, and if the return is due to our error, we'll refund all shipping costs as well as the item cost.
Payment:
- PayPal is our preferred payment method.
- Payment is due within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping:
- Shipping cost is actual calculated, based on total packaged weight, from our zip, 55090, to yours.
- There is no charge for handling or packaging supplies.
- Items ship within one business day receipt of cleared payment.
- Combined shipping is available for most items.
- Complimentary delivery confirmation is provided for all our packages.
- International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by customs.
Insurance:
- Complimentary shipping insurance is provided for all our packages as part of our service.
- We contract for shipping insurance with a third party, bonded, shipping insurance provider.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted for merchandise credit valid for 30 days.
- Return authorization must be requested within 3 days of receipt of item.
- Item must be returned within 7 days and must be in the same condition as purchased (i.e. tags attached, no evidence of wear).
- S&H is non-refundable.
- Return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility.
