Payment - Checkout

• We email you a link to Checkout your order with a fast, easy, and secure payment. You may also click the "checkout" or "pay now" on the eBay item's page.
• We ship to the shipping address you provide during our checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• Once you have completed checkout for any item(s) in an order, you will not be able to combine additional items.
• In the rare event items are on backorder, we will provide prompt notification and your choice of a similar replacement or refund.
• Payments must be received within 7 days of item close date, or an eBay Unpaid Items Report will be filed. If payment is not made 7 days after the unpaid filing, the item will be cancelled and relisted.

Terms of Sale

All products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturer's defects. Defective products must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. If you receive a defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or give you the option for exchange (if original product is out of stock) or refund after you have returned the product. Customer damaged items are not eligible for return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll give an exchange or refund the product price less shipping and handling within 30 days after receiving your purchase. For exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or record of the purchase in our system. Return products must also be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging,and all other accessories. Games and Software are NOT returnable. All returns must be authorized before returning, by contacting us through our Support Center.. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. It may take up to 5 business days to process your return after we receive your product.

All returns must be authorized before returning. Any items returned without proper authorization will be discarded. To obtain authorization visit our Support Center and "Submit a Ticket" to request a return.

Undeliverable Policy:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or return to sender, the customer will be given 2 options: 1.) We will offer one more shipment attempt to another address for a re-shipment processing fee of $3.00 or 2.) We will refund the entire order minus any applicable returned shipping charges by the returning carrier and a 25% restocking fee (applied to total product price). Customers are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address, and following our return policy for sending items back to us. If any of the above conditions apply, we will provide prompt emailed notifications.
