• We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax from California residents.

Shipping

• Shipping & Handling only $5.99 for first item, and $2.99 for each additional item within the United States.
• Shipping & Handling to Canada is $6.99 for first item and $2.99 for each additional item.
• Sorry, We DO NOT ship to other international destinations at this time.
  
• For multiple purchases, the final and total S&H is based on the highest shipping profile from the items you purchased.
• To save on S/H with multiple items, checkout all the items you want, but do not pay until the invoice is combined by us or by you. This is done automatically when you checkout your last item or we will send you an invoice with the total within 1 business day.
• Orders usually leave our warehouses in 1-2 days via USPS Standard Shipping. Estimated transit time may take up to 7 days, but most customers received their items within 3-5 days business days.
• Please verify shipping address is correct during checkout.

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and service, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email us at support@wirester.com. Your emails will be answered within 24 hours during business hours. We are unable to answer emails over the weekend.
• If any problem should arise, please contact us before posting any feedback, so that we will have the chance to quickly fix it.
• If you are unsatisfied for any reason, within 30 days from your purchase date, please return the item(s) for an exchange of an item of same/ or similar value. Customers pay for the cost of return shipping. Shipping/ Handling charges are non-refundable.
• Returning products must be return in original condition along with any packaging and materials.
• USB cables, open software, music, CDs, tools and other similar items due to their nature are non-refundable.
