I hope we all have fun here, and you are pleased with your items. I try to describe each and every item the best of my knowledge. If there is something that I have not mention in the listing, please email me and ask all the questions you might have before bidding.

Please do not assume something that it is not, it was not offered or that was not advertised. Communication is the key for a pleasant transaction!

Please do not wait until the last minute to ask the question, as most likely I will not be close to the computer to answer it!

For general questions about shipping or a specific items: Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. I do not answer e-mails on weekends as that is the time for my family. Thanks for your understanding.

E-mails that I do not answer

All my items are guaranteed authentic and in brand new, original untested condition. I have been selling on eBay for a while and my feedbacks clearly reflect my buyer's satisfaction. I will not longer answer emails about authenticity, condition of the items or emails asking where my items were purchased.

You can purchase from me with the guarantee that all my items with no exception, only come from reputable places and they are in the condition clearly stated in the listing.

PART 2 POLICIES

Now, here are a few policies that I have. Please have these in mind before you bid. Thanks!

Please do not bid, if you can not honor this. I participate on eBay's Non Paying Bidder Program, and I report all non paying bidders.

I treat all my buyers with respect and I will expect the same from them. Please conduct yourself profesionally and with courtesy. I reserve the right to cancel bids or transactions from people with too many negative Feedbacks, or rude people. 

Please note: I no longer accept bids from eBayers with Private Feedback. The only bids that I will accept with this kind of Feeback will be exclusively from buyers who bought from me in the past. Thank you.

Shipping and Handling fees are not negotiable. As my listings estates, charges are for Shipping and Handling. Not only Postage. Handling is the time and expenses involved to ship the item.

*Payments made by e-Check, will have to clear before the item ships*

For your protection and mine, all items with no exception, ship with USPS "Proof of Delivery Confirmation".

I only ship to Confirmed Addresses with Paypal. If your address is not confirmed, please kindly do so before bidding.

I will only ship to the address associated with the Paypal account. If you happen to move, please have your address current to ensure proper delivery.

I ship my items very fast. I do not wait until I have several packages to ship together. Items usually ship within 24- 48 hours after payment is received, except weekends and Holidays.

Please check your SPAM and email filters as you will receive an email confirming this shipment.

Please take in mind that the speed with the Delivery is up to the Postal Service, not mine. I can take the item fast to the Post Office, but the rest is up to them. Usually the delivery is very fast but please expect posible delays especially after a long weekend or during peak seasons.

Insurance is always optional, but recommended in all packages. I will ship a brand new, mint item. I am not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured items.

For lost items in the mail 

Insurance will be honored, if Insurance was purchased and the Delivery Confirmation, determines that the package was in fact, lost in the mail.

Please note: The Post Office will not honor Insurance if the Delivery confirmation determines *delivery of the item*

Returns or exchanges

I personally take all the pictures from my listings and the item that you see in the picture is the one that you will receive. I take the pictures as close as possible so you can see the the item in detail. Please kindly email me if you need additional info or a better description of the item.I do not accept returns or exchanges. That is to ensure that all my buyers will receive a beautiful, brand new and clean item. I consider it will not be okay to accept retuns or exchanges and sell the same item to someone else.

Quality

I personally check each and every item twice before shipping. The item you will receive is the one clearly estated in the listing. The items I sell are brand new, authentic items and these are in original untested condition.

Combined Shipping

When previous arrangments have been made with me I will gladly combine Shipping and Handling fees, for more than one winning Auctions. These will have to accumulate for a period of 3 days, and will have to be paid in a single Invoice. I will ask you to please email me, right after your first winning Auction, to inform me you will be bidding in other item/s so I can wait to send you an Invoice.

Please note:  I will be unable to honor a Shipping and Handling discount  if the items are paid separately.

Combined Shipping works as follows

Based on size / weight, you pay for the higher Shipping and Handling fee first. After that, there is a 30% off discount  per each additional item.

Feedback

I am confident that you will be satisfied with your item/s. However if still you think there is a problem with the item you received, please email me first before leaving a negative or neutral feedback, but most of all, please read the listing again before contacting me, to make sure if there was a detail in the listing that was overlooked.

Feedback is the indication that a Transaction have been fully completed (that is, you received your item/s). Feedback will gladly be left once I receive it from you.

Please do not bid if you do not agree with my terms. Ebay should be a pleasant experience for all. Lets keep it that way!
