We bring to you over 15 years experience in the various facets of the shoe and handbag 
business. First as a European shoe importer and wholesaler of fine leather shoes and handbags 
who sold a major department stores for various years. As such I extensively traveled twice a year to 
the major shoe and handbag shows throughout Spain, Italy and the well known New York shoe shows. 

As a retailer I owned multiple shoe discount outlet stores specializing in women’s walking,
athletic, fashion shoes and handbags. 

We have recently changed our original eBay store name from “WomensShoes4U” to 
“Shoes-N-Handbags” which better describes the type of merchandise we are selling. 
We now sell name brand athletic shoes for both men and women. Nike’s: Shox, Air Max, 
Air Force and Air Jordan. Adidas and Reebok.

Our women’s shoe lines include: Nine West, Anne Klein, Guess, Franco Sarto, Enzo Angiolini,
Calvin Klein, Steve Madden, Liz Clairborne, Easy Spirit, Nickels, BCBG, Life Stride and Naturalizer 
among others.

Our Designer Handbags and Purses are from Nine West, BCBG, Michael Kors, Anne Klein, Coach, 
Stone Mountain and others to come.

For the past 20 years I have lived in Aventura, Florida. This past year my wife and I moved to the 
beautiful small town of Lake Placid, Florida where we have our business. We recently purchased 
a large commercial lot where we will be building next year a new and larger office warehouse 
facility for our eBay store. Lake Placid is located approximately 100 miles south of Orlando and it
is just 20 miles from Sebring, Florida home of the famous “12 Hours of Sebring” auto race.

I am originally from Long Island, New York and was raised in Puerto Rico. I went to Robinson 
High School in PR but graduated from Carlisle Military School in Bamberg, South Carolina. 
I have a BBA from the University of Puerto Rico. I am a proud USAF Veteran (PRANG), a Realtor for 19 years and a real estate investor for the past 10 years. Let us not talk real estate right now and hope that maybe within the next three years the market starts to shape up a little for the better. It really still hurts! Ha!

We have three grown children. On my side, my daughter who will be graduating this May from 
Florida State University, Tallahassee with a Masters in Special Education and my son who 
will soon finish his Doctorate Degree in Philosophy & Letters from the Complutense University 
in Madrid, Spain. My wife has one child, Kostya a young businessman from Sevastopol, Ukraine
who holds a business degree from a university in Odessa, Ukraine.

Although I regret not jumping into the Internet business world back in the late “90’s where
by now our business would have grown considerably I tease and joke with my friends and tell them
that I did find my lovely Ukrainian wife “Online” six years ago.

She was living in Ukraine then and after 3 months of emails and daily telephone calls 
we finally had our first blind date in Istambul, Turkey. She flew in from Ukraine and
I from Miami and we have been inseparable ever since. So to all my single 
“Baby Boomer” friends out there in Cyberspace………” Go for it. It’s never too late.”
