We know you want your items ready to wear! Each of our items is inspected carefully 3 times before it ever gets to you. We not saying we're perfect, but we make it our TOP PRIORITY to give you an item that is in Ready-to-Wear condition. Many of our competitors have a disclaimer that their items may show wear or flaws that they do not mention in the auction and that they do not accept returns for.
We believe you deserve to know what you are buying before you bid. After all, if you have to bring it to a tailor, it's no longer a great deal!
We get it to you quickly and safely! Rain or shine! Each one of our items is ironed by hand or steamed, then folded carefully and sealed in a 2 mil clear polybag. It is then wrapped again in a puncture-proof bag, bubble envelope, or a box for safe shipping. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment; sometimes within seconds of payment! (Our shipper is a fanatic.)
We do our best to make sure your item fits! Our items are measured to ensure the best possible chance of the good fit. Almost all items have some degree of stretch to them. We give you the completely unstretched to maximum stretch for each garment so you can make an informed decision before bidding.
