My Name is Gena and I have been a member of ebay sense 1998 first as a buyer now as a seller too! I strive for perfection in every auction and want to make YOU happy. *Auction Promises and Policies*
Within 24 hours of an auction ends I email my bidders with the information on the auction. Once I have received payment, I package and ship the item the same or next day unless over the weekend. This means if you pay by Paypal you could have you item 3-4 days after the auction ends!
Clothing Policy as sometimes I offer clothes: I ship all clothing freshly washed and dried so they get to you nice and clean. I wash all items to be sold (except for NWT items)
I try to estimate shipping as close to cost as possible but at times the usps site is not accurate and like to give a refund if significantly over, [1.00 or more over, I hope everyone understands that I can't send .10; .25, - refunds like that ] a suggestion of opening a Paypal account just for this can be very helpful if you do not have one. This can help to keep costs down. I do try to keep mailings right on when I know the weight but sometimes I am unsure on exact weight and must guest but I am not out to make more money this way unlike some people that give un godly amounts for shipping..geesh and please note..insurance for items under $50.00 is only 1.40 so these others charging high amounts are out to gain more money!
Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order as soon as I receive it. If there is going to be a wait on an item, it will be listed on the product page.
I do offer the following shipping methods:
USPS---Priority
AIRMAIL to Canada on some items
USPS--FIRST CLASS
PLEASE REMEMBER, IF YOU DO NOT GET INSURANCE, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED USPS. I do include Delivery Confirmation on every order and will send you this number as well to verify item has been shipped due to some problems of so called "lost item's" claims that are going around on ebay with buyers and this helps me from being a victim of false claims-Although some are ligit-but when a seller has proof of delivery and buyer says dont have it is word against word-this is why NOW you will get that magic delivery confirmation as well BUT.. -
I highly recommend INSURANCE**REMEBER no insurance I can not reclaim lost item made by the Post Office on your sake!
Also note...Sometimes, you may find that you are the proud owner of a recycled box for shipping. (Hey, it's good for the planet anyway!)
Returns
I highly suggest that you sample before ordering in larger quanities if you buy my oils. I DO NOT do returns on fragrance oils, or CD's. CLOTHES & ART- you have a 3 day grace period from time of delivery if there is a problem and need to return for auction bid price minus shipping. With that being said...we know we are human, and if you receive the wrong order, we will be more than happy to replace the item. (We will of course pick up the shipping on that!) If something of that nature would ever happen, please email ME and I will give you instructions for returns.
also, Details for the seller and high bidder(s): The seller should contact the winning bidder(s) with information on the total cost, including shipping, and where to send payment. The winning bidder(s) must pay the seller directly for the item(s), and it is the seller's responsibility to fulfill the order when payment terms are met. The binding contract of the auction is between the winning bidder and the seller.
If the seller is unable to establish contact with the high bidder within 3 business days of the end of the auction, he/she may lose the place as winning bidder, and be at risk for receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, both of which can ultimately lead to suspension from eBay.
*The following will explain how I package my items for shipment*
Most items are wrapped in tissue paper,bubble wrap, newspaper type. though some items may only require paper or a tyvek as packaging. I place the items inside of a box and secure with tape. If the items is small enough and can be safely shipped in a bubble mailer, I may elect to use that form of shipment. On Priority items, I do use Priority Mail supplies. The following are items I use as packaging materials for both Priority, First Class and Parcel Post items: Tissue/packaging paper Styrofoam blocks, wrap or peanuts Cardboard Tyvek Envelopes If you would like your item packaged differently, please do not hesitate to ask. I understand that many buyers prefer boxes for their items, but I do package carefully. I will not ship a package that I do not think will arrive safely. I do pack glass items very well and in a box and mark as fragile :)
