We will accept returns for any reason, all factory sealed merchandise must be unopened and all returned merchandise must be unused.  Please see item for complete details as our return policy differs on some specific items.

Items are shipped via donkey cart, to ensure proper tracking we tie a white string to your package, because there may be several stops we make sure every package is scented (we use vanilla, chocolate, grapefruit, victoria secret "angel", pumpkin pie, assorted vegetable scents and sometimes Old Bay seasoning. All packages arrive with scent removal instructions, please do not attempt to remove by just looking at the diagrams, you must read the instructions for proper scent removal. You may be the last stop on the delivery route so please make sure you have ample donkey parking space.
