If using Paypal, our ID is wrsmusic@yahoo.com We ship via USPS (the post office). For records or books, our default is Media Rate mail in the USA -it can take up to 10 days, but the price is good. Of course we'll send at optional Priority if you need it in a hurry. Postal insurance is always available as an option, so if you want it, request it. We pack carefully and get a postal receipt for everything we ship, but we can not be responsible for postal loss or damage if not insured. In the unlikely event that an item is not in the advertised condition, contact us by email for instructions on return or refund.
