Unlike a big business, you will be dealing with myself or my brother during all of your transactions. We currently run our business out of Montcalm, West Virginia, and list on eBay under three different screen names. The items we receive from surplus sells changes on a weekly basis so you need to add us to your favorite sellers list.

WVNAVYSURPLUS- Hard to tell what you will find under this name. A military M1941 tent stove, office supplies, big truck parts, decals. A constantly changing inventory of good and sometimes hard-to-find stuff.
VETSUPPLIES- Animal and home use medical supplies at very affordable prices. Again this inventory can change on a monthly basis.

Some Of Our Policies:
Payments: Why bid on purchase something with no intention of buying it. In my book that makes you a useless person who deals in wasting other peoples time. We expect payment within 21 days of purchase which is longer than most other people allow.
Shipping: Unlike a lot of eBay sellers these days, we don't make our money on shipping. There may be a .50 cent to $3 dollar markup, but it covers tape, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. Nothing worse than buying something for 99 cents, paying 12 dollars shipping, and have it arrive in a .39 cent envelope.
Delivery: We strive to ship items within two business days of receiving payment. A lot of times we ship the same day. Nothing worse than paying for something and then waiting weeks for it to show up. Read our feedback to see how fast we ship.
Refunds: We try hard to describe the items we sell. Pictures of the actual items, not stock photos, are included in each auction. As such each auction is marked concerning the refund policy. In general we try and please our customers, but on the same note, if the auctions says does not work and you purchase it then email me saying it doesn't work, well you are out of luck.
Feedback: We leave feedback when you pay us, as long as payment is in a timely manner. It helps if you leave feedback when you get the item so I can archive the listing but it is not required. We do leave negative if you buy something with no intention of paying for it.
Contact: If you call us, 90% of the time you will get the machine. Please leave a message and we will call you back. Remember three screen names with a lot of auctions running keeps us very busy and away from the phone most of the time.
Telephone Sales: Yes you can call us if a friend tells you about an item. We will take phone sales without you having to go through eBay to purchase an item.
