Welcome to all of you escape artists, magic enthusiasts and handcuff collectors out there. We've "met" many of you, but always welcome new fellow collectors and performers.
Who we are?
We are Mark & Sheila Cannon of Cannon's Great Escapes. We are performing escape artists in Southern California and also avid handcuff collectors. You might ask yourself, "How does one become a handcuff collector"? Well, our love for escape artistry and therefore, an extreme interest in Houdini, led to our fascination with handcuffs and their intricate (and sometimes not so intricate) workings.
This led naturally to our business, which is selling quality escape artist supplies, literature about the art and modern and collectible handcuffs.

Shipping & Sales Tax Policy
Shipping for US destinations:
- Standard Handcuffs - $5 plus insurance of $1 per $100 of the winning bid
- Straitjackets - $12 plus insurance of $1 per $100 of the winning bid
- Keys - $1
- Other Items (such as non-standard handcuffs, neck collars, leg irons, misc.) - actual postage plus insurance of $1 per $100 of the winning bid
California residents, please add 7.75% sales tax.
Shipping for International destinations:
- Keys - $2
- All Other Items - postage plus insurance of $2.25 per $100 of the winning bid
Due to a relatively new US law, shipment of handcuffs or strait jackets to countries outside the US or Canada, requires that we obtain a free export license for each recipient. Please allow approximately an additional 4-5 weeks for shipment. If you would like us to begin the process to obtain an export license on your behalf before the auction ends, to decrease the additional time, we would be happy to do so.
