Warranty and Return Policy

Our Policies
All orders from X10 Wireless Technology Incorporated (X10 WTI) may be
returned within 30 days for a full refund. In order to return or exchange
(under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order,
you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Call toll free (800) 675-3044 to obtain an RMA# from an X10 representative.
All returned merchandise must be in the
original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the
authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return
requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items
must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full
refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be
refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the
cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a
returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any
order to which it was applied.
X10 WTI is not responsible for shipping costs
or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed
carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service
cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since X10 WTI cannot provide credit
for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a
delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
X10 WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY INCORPORATED ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
X10 Wireless Technology Incorporated warrants X10 products to be free from
defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the
original date of purchase. X10 WTI agrees to repair or replace, at its sole
discretion, a defective X10 product if returned to X10 WTI within the
warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not
extend to any X10 WTI products which have been subject to misuse, neglect,
accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions
furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty
defect by anyone other than X10 WTI. This warranty does not cover any
incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties
expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume
for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so
the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights,

Shipping Charges
X10 offers shipping free of charge for all US
orders over $49.99 (before tax and after applicable discounts or
vouchers); US orders $49.99 and under will be charged $5.90 for shipping and
handling. For any order within the continental US, shipping via FedEx 2nd
Day Air is available for $15.00; FedEx Next Day Air for $30.00. Please call
X10 at 1-800-675-3044 to use these alternate shipping options.
All orders shipped to Canadian addresses will
be charged US$10 for shipping and handling.
Carriers
Unless upgraded shipping is paid for, X10 orders within the
continental US are shipped either FedEx Ground round or USPS Priority
Mail at our discretion.
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories
and APO/FPO addresses are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Orders in Canada are shipped by Canada Post.
Foreign Shipping
X10 ships only to addresses in the USA and Canada.
Shipping outside of these countries is unavailable. For ordering outside of
the US and Canada, contact
X10 Europe
or
locate a distributor
in your country.
Returns
In the case of a return for refund, any shipping
and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our
