Since starting up at the beginning of 2008 I have fixed over 400 Xbox 360's and sold 12,000+ X-Clamp repair kits to help people fix their own consoles.

Returns Policy:-

EU Customers:
A refund is offered for Buy It Now purchases providing all the following apply:

* You have contacted me within 8 working days of delivery for an RMA number
* Goods are to be returned at buyers cost and this should be within 14 days of delivery. I recommend that buyers do this by recorded delivery.
* Goods are unused, original packaging is returned and any perishable items are unopened (like thermal paste).
* You have taken reasonable care of the Goods.
* A full refund will be given within 30 days of notice of cancellation including original P&P costs.
