• British bra sizes are simply different! You can not reliably compare to any American brand bras and do not fit like any bras you are probably accustomed to.

• I strongly suggest that you fill out my fitting page questionnaire before purchasing a British bra from my store. Bra Fitting Basics

British bra sizes are very different compared to American sized bras. Above a 'DD' cup, the sizing method differences are huge. British bras do not compare in fit to American made bras even labeled the same size. There is only a half-inch difference between British sizes. A British 32FF is one-half inch larger in the cup than a British 32F.  

I doubt they will fit like any of the bras you are wearing now. The BEST way to know what your size is likely to be in this bra is to send me your measurements and other requested information before you bid or "Buy It Now" to make sure this bra has a good chance of fitting YOU. As you can see in this table, a one size increase in the band-size will decrease the cup size by one. You can also see that American manufacturers give up on women way before the Brits do! It is rare that I cannot fit a woman with a  band-size between 28 and 38.

This is a Quality Bra Imported from England. Fantasie of England's designers noticed that most bras were constructed by using a two section cup which caused problems when designers tried to offer larger cup sizes. To achieve a larger size range the designers frequently use a three section cup, which facilitates adding shape and capacity to the cup. Because most of the support from a bra should come from the under-band and not from the shoulder straps, Fantasie uses a strong 'Power-Net' fabric in the side section of their bras. On the largest cup sizes a soft 'bone' is added to the side panels to reinforce the bra band and help keep the bust forward while preventing the sides from curling. Another fine detail that Fantasie of England adds to all their bras is the use of 'restricted stretch' straps. This means the straps will stretch to allow for comfortable movement but will not slip off the shoulder as rigid straps often do. Restricted stretch also reduces the bounce that occurs with regular elastic straps.
