Auctions:
YauStudioArt ships exactly what we list. Our auctions will note any defects or conditions of an item so please read carefully to avoid problems.
All products come from a pet free, smoke free, and clean environment. We NEVER leave our products on the floor and always treat them with great respect. Items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
We usually allow refunds if there is a mistake or the item does not match the description.
YauStudioArt DOES NOT SELL ANY FAKE or COUNTERFEIT ITEMS. Authentic items only. Please check our feedback ratings which will prove this.

Shipping:
Items are usually shipped no later than 2 business ( NOT INCLUDING SUNDAYS ) days after payment is received. If you need an item by a certain date please email for arrangements.
For a faster transaction please pay immediately after the end of the auction. YauStudioArt's preferred method of shipment is USPS, however if you prefer a private carrier such as UPS we are usually willing to accommodate. Howevers, buyers must pay for any additional costs that may incur, in which a quote will be provided before shipment.
Winning bidder has 3 days to contact us and 5 days to pay.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs includes packaging, delivery costs, and delivery confirmation. If the item exceeds $100, we provide insurance at no cost.
Returned Items:
If for any reason YauStudioArt has to reship an item out of our own expense, we may re-send the item at a more cost efficient shipping method than the original transaction.
For example, if a customer provides the incorrect address and the item is returned. Out of courtesy we may re-ship the item at our own cost with a cheaper method if possible. Otherwise, we will gladly issue a refund.

Tracking:
We do not provide additional notification of shipping besides marking items shipped on eBay. Feel free to email if you have doubts of shipment and we will reply with a tracking number if requested.
New buyers:
If you need help purchasing one of our items, please do not hesitate to contact us for guidance. In the past we've had new buyers leave negative feedback ratings without allowing us to resolve the situation first. We will do our best to compromise or make amends to any problems you may have regarding a transaction.
International buyers:
YauStudioArt will gladly sell to international buyers via methods which allows tracking only. Extra shipping charges may apply. Inquire via email, if needed. Please note that customs may delay international shipments.
Feedback Ratings:
YauStudioArt always leave feedback ratings in return to ratings left by buyers. If by chance you have a problem with the transaction we urge buyers to please try to resolve the issue first. We are reasonably compromising to customers.
