Q: How long will the shipping take?

A: It will take:

1. Domestic

a. Standard Shipping - Fedex Ground (USA Continental States only):

West Coast – 1 to 2 business days

Midwest – 2 to 4 business days

East Coast – 3 to 5 business days

(Please check the service maps for typical Ground Service)

b. Post Office USPS Priority Mail - 2-4 Business days

c. Post Office Media Mail - 4- 10 Business days

2. International

a. USPS Priority Mail - 4 to 10 Business Days (Note: custom will delay delivery)

b. USPS Express Mail - 3 to 5 Business Days (Note: custom will delay delivery)

Q: Do you ship outside of the US ?
A: Please check the listing, I usually ship to US, Canada and Europe. Some item I ONLY ship within the US (48 States) for convenient purposes. Alaska and Hawaii Bidders may or may not be billed EXTRA for shipping. Please email first for the cost BEFORE bidding.

Q: Do you do local pickup?
A: Sorry, local pickup is NOT an option unless I mention it in the auction.

Q: I won your auction and I no longer want it. What now?
A: An auction is a bindin contract between buyer and seller. You as a buyer are responsible for paying for the purchase whether or not you change your mind afterwards. I have already heard all the excuses from my son bid accidentally made a bid for me or I can't afford it or my credit card has a limit etc, please don't bid if you are not going to pay. Please refer to eBay's rules and regulations. NON PAYING BIDDER Alert will be filed against you which may lead to your indefinite suspension on eBay. I hold the right to use a 3rd party to collect the amount owed.

Q: Are there refunds?
A: There are absolutely NO REFUNDS to any of my auctions. Everything is SOLD AS-IS except DOA. Should you decide to refuse shipment or not be available for shipment and it gets back to me, you will be billed a 20% restocking fee off the total bid + shipping/handling.

Q: Do you have a buy-it-now?
A: Usually I have a Buy-It-Now option, I even have an option for make offer. For make offer option, usually I have set certain amount I may accept. The value set is typically close to listing price.

Q: Do you sell in bulk?
A: If you don’t see it mentioned in auction, there is none at the moment. Please check with me for details.

Q: An item is damaged or missing. What do I do?
A: Insurance option is highly recommended for any purchase. If you purchase insurance, I will help in filing your claim to get a full refund or replacement. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE AND THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OR THE SHIPPING COMPANY LOSES THE PRODUCT, I CAN NOT HELP YOU and I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY with what the shipping company does with it. Please purchase insurance for any damage guarantee.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

A: The items usually have a warranty from the manufacturer. You may also purchase additional warranty through SquareTrade. The manufacturer may have a warranty card inside the product and it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer if you are having problems. Please let me know if you have any questions. 

Q: Can I get cheaper shipping?

A: I'll try to charge a reasonable shipping for my item. Typically I charge flat shipping fee and sometimes I offer free shipping. I have set this value for the same price in US (48 Continental States). Some other area may need to pay higher shipping such as International Shipping etc

Q: Where's my tracking number?

A: Over time, I'll update the tracking thru Paypal. Paypal will send the tracking thru email. Please check your Paypal account. If you do not receive it within 48 hours, then please me email. 

Q: Can you cancel my bid?

A: PLEASE BID Responsibly! I'll remove your bid, if I'm able to do it. If auction is ended, I can't remove any bid unfortunately. I can offer one time deals of voiding the bidding if ebays fees are paid. Also,typically, people ask me to cancel their bids for them within a few hours of the auction ending.  Please do not bid if you can not afford to pay or that you may not want the item.  I will not cancel bids and if you win, you are OBLIGATED to pay according to the terms in my auction and eBay’s rules and regulations.

Q: I sent a message to you.  Why I haven't heard any answer?

A: I will try to answer any questions as soon as possible. Please allow at least 12 hours for your question to be answered.  From time to time I also have other obligation, please understand about this delay.

Q: What type of payments do you take?

A: I only take Paypal (credit card, e-check & direct transfer), Money Order, and Cashiers Check. I do not accept any personal check at this time.

I will only ship to the confirmed address on your Paypal account.  If you need to have it shipped somewhere else, they you will need to send a Money Order or Cashiers Check.

Q: Do you charge any VAT (Tax) or custom fee for international shipping?

A: I don't charge VAT (tax) or custom fees. Please check with your country custom rules and regulation. Any special arrangement, please let me know. Thanks.
