Baby Boomer's Bubble Charms ALICE IN WONDERLAND BUBBLE CHARM Hi everyone!! Just a little about myself. I am an artisan jeweler from Massachusetts. I am married with two kids. I have always loved jewelry and have been making jewelry for many years. I am the creator/jewelry designer of Baby Boomer's Bubble Charms. I have worked on creating these bubble charms over the past years. I am the inventor/creator of these little bubble charms. When I started making my charms and selling them I did searches all the time on ebay and the internet to see if anyone else was selling anything like my charms. My charms were the only ones you would find as I am the sole creator/designer of these vintage style charms with a rhinestone on back. I have been designing and perfecting them for everyone to enjoy over the past few years. I put various images inside lucite (plastic) bubbles and add a decorative cabochon/jewel rhinestone on the back of my charms. I usually put a dusting of sparkle glitter inside my charms as I love the sparkle!! I have been making my bubble charms for over 3 yrs. I have put lots of thought and time creating my Baby Boomer's Bubble Charms. I Have received lots of great response from many ebayers. I was also featured in the EBAY online success story back in October. Everyone seems to love them which makes me very happy!! Unfortunately, an ebay member purchased a charm from me in good faith on Sept. 2, 2007 and then soon after started copying and selling charms exactly like my charm design. Even down to the decorative cabochon/jewel rhinestone on back. Said she couldn't wait to receive it as it was "so cute" and soon after..started selling charms just like my charms. Very rude Ebayer who was eventually reported to VERO and her listings were taken down and she was also suspended for repeat offenses. I have the date and original paypal receipt from the charm she purchased from me back in 07 for proof in case it is needed for further legal action. As far as I am concerned, she stole from me. Since her other more recent ebay members are doing the same. Due to this I have obtained the copyright to my charm design as I wish to protect my invention/creation/jewelry design that I have worked very hard on over the past years. I have put lots of thought, time and money into creating my bubble charms and wish to protect what I have worked so hard on creating. I will not tolerate anyone copying/stealing my jewelry creations/designs. My copyright is registered with the Washington DC copyright office. I will take legal action against anyone who infringes upon my jewelry design copyright. I am the original creator/designer of this bubble charm/jewelry design for the past 3+yrs which I have records to prove and have obtained the copyright to as well.
