You can check to see if you made a purchase by logging into “My ebay” and checking the bidding or won tabs.

I accidentally purchased more items than I expected. What do I do?
Please email us indicating the quantity you accidentally purchased and the item number. We update our sales every day and will take care of it during that time.

What is your return policy?
Our policy is clearly stated on every ad that we place on ebay.

I made a purchase. Now what?
Please follow ebay’s checkout system. You will be able to pay via paypal. All the information you need is through the checkout system. Once payment is sent you will receive an email from paypal to confirm.

Did you get my paypal payment?
If you log into your paypal account and click on the “History” tab you can see all your previous payments. If you do not see us listed then you did not pay.

How do International customers pay?
International customers can use paypal.com to make payments. We ship to VERIFIED users ONLY!

When will you ship my product?
All packages are shipped within 24 business hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends/holidays) An email is also sent confirming your shipment by PAYPAL.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The estimated time of arrivals from PA are as followed:

East Coast: 2-4 business days
Mid West: 4-6 business days
West Coast: 5-8 business days
AK, HI, PR: 6-9 business days
Outside US: Priority Mail: 10-14 business days
Outside US: Express Mail: 5-8 business days

Can I have the tracking number?
Paypal will send you a tracking number of your shipment when it is updated. It may take up to 48hrs after your package is shipped before you receive the email with tracking. Please note that paypal tracking is NOT updated in real time so if you do not receive an email within 24hrs that doesn't mean your package was not shipped. It simply means the tracking has not been updated. The tracking information is also updated in your paypal account for future reference as well.

Do you combine S&H?
If your payment for multiple items is made as one payment the S&H charges will automatically calculate the correct total when you go through checkout. If you place two seperate orders we must send two seperate packages.

What if I do not receive my package in 7 days?
If you are in USA and do not receive your package within the 7th business day that you receive the shipping confirmation email then please email us with your full name and address and we will get the tracking/confirmation info for you. If you are an international customer please wait at least 10 business days since customs offices are normally the reason for packages taking so long to be delivered.

Was my order actually shipped out when I received my confirmation email?
If you received the confirmation email then that means your item has been packaged and was sent to the post office or picked up by UPS. If your package was not shipped you will be notified within 48hrs of payment about the delay and reason.

What carrier do you use?
We ship using USPS or UPS. We will also sometimes use UPS if you purchase a large quantity of items due to UPS being more reliable and safer with high value items. It is up to our discretion whether we choose to use UPS or USPS for a particular item if you purchase a large quantity.

YES!!!! If you received the confirmation email from us then your package was shipped. USPS does NOT scan every package we drop off so you will never see an "accepted" or "picked up" status from USPS. USPS numbers are for CONFIRMING DELIVERY. They are not used to track each package through every post office they go through therefore you may see that same status up until the point of delivery. UPS numbers can take up to 48 HOURS to be seen online so please keep that in mind too.

I have the tracking/confirmation number, and it has been X days since it was shipped and I still do not have it. Will you check with the post office or UPS for the status?
The information you see online is the SAME that the post office, UPS and we can see. There is nothing that we nor the post office, nor UPS can do about your package if it is delayed in another city. If a package has not arrived after 14 business days then we can issue a trace with the post office. UPS can issue traces before 14 business days but it is up to their discretion.

I received my product but I can’t get it to work.
Please send us an email with the item you purchased, and specific problems/questions that you are having with it. Please remember that we don't know you. You could be a beginner at using the product or a novice therefore do not be insulted if a question we ask seems "dumb" in your opinion. We have seen our fair share of people who felt something was defective when in fact they overlooked something and find out it was human error. If we determine that an item is defective we will replace it.

Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes, but not on all products we sell. Please email us before purchasing with your zip code along with the delivery date you need it by so that we can give a quote.

What can you do if my package does not arrive during the period you estimated?
We can issue a trace from the Post Office once it has 14 BUSINESS days from the original date of shipment for US shipments. It is 30 BUSINESS days for international shipments. For UPS shipments it is up to their discretion as to when they feel necessary to issue a trace. Before that time we CANNOT do anything due to the postal/UPS rules. Again, that is the postal rules, not ours.

I have not received any emails or replies from you!!!
Please change your SPAM filters or check your junk mailbox. We answer all emails and if you are not getting any emails (especially AOL, Hotmail users) then you have a spam control that is blocking our server. Please try using a different email address if one is not working or send us an email through the ebay mail system.
